50% Iberian acorn-fed ham: Our 50% Iberian acorn-fed ham is raised free-range and fed with herbs and acorns from the pastures, cured for a minimum of 36 months. During this process, we personally inspect each of our hams, which await in our natural cellar the perfect moment to be sent to your homes.
